主要研究项目: 

1.200012-200412月,中国科学院重大交叉学科前沿项目电磁生物工程研究首席科学家,主要从事电磁场的生物学效应和新型电磁成像技术的研究。 

2.国家自然科学基金旋转磁场对ATP合成酶的影响5037704220041-200612月)。 

3.国际大科学工程人类前沿科学计划(Human Frontier Science Program HFSP)”项目“Biogenesis, function and application of bacterial magnetic organelle (细菌磁性细胞器的起源、作用和应用研究)”。主要研究磁场对趋磁细菌及其磁小体形成的影响和机制。 

4.国家863项目,新型仿趋磁细菌微机器人系统的研究。

二,实验室人员简介
    实验室现有副研究员霍小林、王明 潘卫东3人,高级工程师李明,助理研究员李玥、于阳、吴昌哲、徐春晓等4人。另有在读博士和硕士研究生等16人。
 
 
三,研究概述
    生物医学工程研究部旨在运用工程技术的原理和方法,研究和解决生物学和医学中的生物电工学问题。其主要任务是,从工程学角度解释生物体特别是人体的生理、病理过程,同时从事相应医疗仪器和生命科学仪器的研究和开发。其主要研究方向包括:生物系统建模与仿真、生物医学信号检测与分析、生物医学成像和图像处理、电磁场生物效应、人工器官以及相关的医疗仪器研制等。 
 
四,实验室设备
    实验室设备分为研制设备和购置设备两种。其中研制设备包括0.23T永磁磁共振成像系统、零磁空间装置低频电磁场发生装置强度可调的永磁旋转磁场装置磁性药物靶向治疗实验系统、微波电磁辐射系统、·生物人工肝体外支持系统研究平台重复经颅磁刺激器等。购置设备主要有荧光倒置显微镜和图像分析系统荧光分光光度计紫外分光光度计·高效液相色谱及PCR仪等。
