2000年12月-2004年12月,中国科学院重大交叉学科前沿项目“电磁生物工程研究”首席科学家,主要从事电磁场的生物学效应和新型电磁成像技术的研究。
2.国家自然科学基金“旋转磁场对ATP合成酶的影响”(50377042,2004年1月-2006年12月)。
3.国际大科学工程“人类前沿科学计划(Human Frontier Science Program,
HFSP)”项目“Biogenesis, function and application of bacterial magnetic organelle (细菌磁性细胞器的起源、作用和应用研究)”。主要研究磁场对趋磁细菌及其磁小体形成的影响和机制。
4.国家863项目,新型仿趋磁细菌微机器人系统的研究。

二,实验室人员简介
实验室现有副研究员霍小林、王明 潘卫东3人,高级工程师李明,助理研究员李玥、于阳、吴昌哲、徐春晓等4人。另有在读博士和硕士研究生等16人。
三,研究概述
生物医学工程研究部旨在运用工程技术的原理和方法,研究和解决生物学和医学中的生物电工学问题。其主要任务是,从工程学角度解释生物体特别是人体的生理、病理过程,同时从事相应医疗仪器和生命科学仪器的研究和开发。其主要研究方向包括:生物系统建模与仿真、生物医学信号检测与分析、生物医学成像和图像处理、电磁场生物效应、人工器官以及相关的医疗仪器研制等。
四,实验室设备
实验室设备分为研制设备和购置设备两种。其中研制设备包括0.23T永磁磁共振成像系统、零磁空间装置、低频电磁场发生装置、强度可调的永磁旋转磁场装置、磁性药物靶向治疗实验系统、微波电磁辐射系统、·生物人工肝体外支持系统研究平台和重复经颅磁刺激器等。购置设备主要有荧光倒置显微镜和图像分析系统、荧光分光光度计、紫外分光光度计、·高效液相色谱及PCR仪等。
